Ownership of characters, assets and derived work.
Ownership
VAIRE retains all rights in its characters and in the master assets used to produce them.
Client material
Brand assets, scripts, product material and creative direction supplied by the client remain the client’s property.
Derived work
Composites and campaign layouts created by the client from licensed assets may be used within the licensed scope, but may not be used to generate new depictions of the character.
