Character Licensing Terms
The framework under which a persistent character is licensed.
What is licensed
A licence grants the right to use a defined set of delivered assets featuring a named VAIRE character, within a defined scope of media, territory and time.
The character itself — its identity, name and underlying representation — remains the property of VAIRE.
Exclusivity
Licences are non-exclusive by default. Category or territory exclusivity is available as a separate commercial arrangement.
Continuity
Retained engagements guarantee that the same character remains available and visually consistent for the agreed term.
